After ‘a tonne’ of rain this October, and 240 tonnes of shingles, that is the last of the long HGVs to come onto our 7 acre site.

It’s been a very very long stretch to get to where we are. Unfortunately a lot longer than planned when we received planning consent what seems like ‘years ago’.

It’s ‘a different world’ now, but hopefully we will make a difference too, soon (ISA)

It seems like we started sowing our seeds a very very long time ago. They are a little late, but our flowers are starting to bloom!

For us the lockdown is “like watching paint dry”. We had hoped to be near complete by now, and had hoped to be showing you pictures of our pristine white marquee being put up.

Alas, we have to put up with staying put for at least another 3 weeks and so work to finish “The Marquee Bedford” project continues as slow as the third coat of our drying paint.
Let’s all hope we get over covid19 soon and finish 2020 in great form. One of our locals just raised £21m for NHS. Let’s all hope we can also live up to 100 like (Sir to be) Captain Tom Moore.
